Mussaenda flower close-up Mussaenda is a tropical shrub or sub-shrub that will grow to 10ft tall in tropical areas Mussaenda grows into a very large bush or tree. It is sometimes referred to as "Bangkok Rose". It produces a showy display in shades of yellow, white, pink, salmon to red over an extended period. Also entrancingly fuzzy.
